I've combined 2 ideas for smoothies that make a fast breakfast that is nutritious, tastes pretty good and leaves you satisfied for the morning. Kind of weird drinking something green however. It has 396 calories, 32 grams of carbohydrates, 17 grams of fat and 28 grams of protein.
Here's the formula/recipe:
3 big strawberries, 2 big handfuls of baby spinach, 1/2 cup of Almond milk (unsweetened original), 1/4 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt (non-fat), 1 T natural cashew butter, 1 T flaxseed meal, 3 heaping T brown rice protein powder, 1 T Omega Swirl strawberry flaxseed oil.
